I have seen no clause in our constitution or bill of rights that separates people into " entitled/not entitled" as far as individual rights go .
If a person is dangerous to society , then why are they not secured behind bars? If they can't be trusted to own a firearm , then why are we letting them out of prison?
Maybe we can stop plea bargaining with violent criminals and actually put them away like we are suppose to .
