    As I have said before, she is luckier than Andrew Lee Scott who was murdered in cold blood INSIDE HIS OWN HOME by Lake County Deputy Richard Sylvester. And Mr. Scott had not even CALLED the God damned pigs. And Deputy Sylvester will NOT be charged. But if Mr. Scott's relatives are lucky, they may get $75 thousand from the Lake County taxpayers to make everything right...
