Citizens of San Francisco: If you purchased from any of these companies your name and address will be sought by the San Francisco City Attorney.
ReplyDeleteIt could be considered evidence that is "discoverable" during the civil litigation process. It might be worth a couple of hundred bucks to get an attorney's opinion on how production of these "consumer" records might be prevented, or possibly sanitized.
We are looking into locating California attorneys that are not only sympathetic to these kinds of cases, but who also might be willing to discuss your case at a substantial discount (maybe even free).
