The fact that these morons actually confiscated and 'killed' a harmless fawn, they actually come up with a lame legal excuse for doing so. In other words the rescue center did not posses a permit to keep wild life.
So why not call or even just ONE OFFICER, drive up and sell them a damned permit??
If I remember correctly here in my state that permit costs a whopping FIVE DOLLARS!
