The thing is, something does have to go wrong first. If someone is behaving evilly or negligently in a way that endangers others, they should be stopped and there should be consequences.
If they're not, then what the hell business is it of yours? Or anyone's for that matter, including those who presume authority to issue permissions and enforce prior restraints.
You'd think a political advocacy "academic" would understand that, but yes, Jeff, we all understand, you're a doctrinaire "progressive" first and über alles.
