    Is he now? I've yet to see him strap up and challenge anyone, anywhere, at any time. OTOH, the Sniveler-In-Chief to be pretty good at ordering others to do some killing on his behalf.

    It would be better if he did something useful, like, oh, I don't know - proposing a budget per his Constitutional mandate.
