    A shooter "could get 200 yards away with a .22 rifle and take the whole thing out," Wellinghoff said last month at a conference sponsored by Bloomberg.

    Surely he is putting us on...a .22 LR at 200 yards knocking out a transformer? Granted, I haven't tried it, but those housings would have to be made of cardboard!
