In a rational world, you'd think that if a judge was going to allow unconstitutional infringements for the sake of an "important governmental interest in public safety", then he'd have to demonstrate that exception actually contributed to "public safety".Oh well. The courts invented that nowhere-in-the-constitution "government interest" exception to human and civil rights in the first place, so I have no doubt the lying SOBs would make up something else.
These judges are just another group of tyrants that need to be hanged for treason and violating their oaths of office.
