Remember that many external webcams have built-in microphones as well, so best to keep such webcams unplugged until needed for use.-PG
No great surprise given that a PA school system was caught doing the same thing not long ago. If such rank amateurs could pull it off, did anyone think that the Feds couldn't do the same?
