The bill repeals the prohibition upon the sale, transfer, and possession of large-capacity ammunition magazines. The bill also repeals the requirement that a large-capacity magazine made in Colorado must include a permanent stamp or marking indicating that the magazine was manufactured after July 1, 2013.
