It would appear the Mexican Government is much more interested in disarming their citizens than fighting the drug cartels. The manpower and effort used by the Mexican Government appears to be excessive. If they were to take the same approach to fighting the cartels they may have better results. It appears they would rather have a defenseless disarmed citizenry than to defeat the cartels. Paul in Texas
