Seems a little odd to me that the prosecutors wouldn't have requested to review the dash cam video before filing charges; exculpatory evidence in their possession must be turned over to the defense. If they were told none existed, this should have raised several red flags. Beyond the obvious stench, other things smell a bit off as well.

So - a "state trooper" wanted nothing to do with it, but maintained the only ones wall of silence.
