This sign has no legal force in South Carolina. Any "no concealable weapons" sign has to meet the requirements of Section 23-31-235 of the SC Code of Laws. This one doesn't. A person having a CWP can legally walk right past that sign as if it wasn't there. However, I would not care to give the d-bag owner any business. It is amazing how many business owners here think a homemade sign or some postage stamp size decal means they've "posted" their property. They've never bothered to read the statute.
Does he think he is NYC?!?!?!? Putting that crap up in South Carolina shows the guy clearly has a double digit IQ. It would be like putting up an anti gay sign in San Francisco!
With their roaches, filthy kitchen and raw chicken sandwiches, it appears they're doing gun owners a favor.
