Pennsylvania Privateer Brigantine Dandy was commissioned on 2 April 1782 under Commander James Clifton of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Francis Harris served aboard as First Mate. She was listed as having a battery of eight guns and a crew of twenty-one men. [More]
