Damon Root over at Reason.com (http://reason.com/blog/2014/04/28/supreme-court-remains-silent-on-major-gu) seems to think this is a *good* sign; the fact that it has been scheduled 3 times now indicates that one or more of the Justices is pushing for it to be heard.
Maybe I am straining for optimism but at least it did not get rejected.
ReplyDeleteMost of the cases that I have followed that were not granted cert got rejected on the first try.
