At least it's a question for the jury.Not that one doesn't wonder whetherthey won't be snowed, cowed, or whatever.My understanding is that the reasonableness of forcible entry by LEOs isnot a jury question, allowing the judge to rubber-stamp any such actionsone "supercat" [perhaps on Radley Balko's blog some ago, but I'm not sure where] proposed that this should bea question for the jury also.
