The public deserves a searchable database by agency of EVERY PUBLIC EMPLOYEE and their HOME address (INCLUDING / ESPECIALLY the police) that is on the tax funded payroll.
Every one of these people are either legislating excessively and in secret or enforcing unconstitutional laws selectively and vindictively.
The public has a right to know where the people destroying the constitution, the parasites, the brutalizers and murderers (their employees)live.
This policy would be a check on arbitrary and heavy handed government abuse.
