And what a documented testament to the character of King County District Attorney Kenneth Thompson. I saw the Public Integrity Bureau complaint form link on his page, and noted page two of the form has a button to "submit by email." Am I the only one it doesn't work for?

From a technical standpoint, there doesn't appear to be the required coding on either button. When the form was uploaded, it lost its requisite macros, and no HTML has been substituted to give it that functionality. Oversight yes, malicious intent probably not.

So if not intentional deliberate indifference, it's incompetence? Either one is unacceptable for a government office that exists for the sole purpose of ensuring "public integrity," unless they mean they're going to require it of us only...
