Well, he's right on one point. He didn't deserve the beating he took. Having threatened lawful citizens with lethal force, what he DESERVED was a volley to his center-mass, thus swiftly and decisively ending the threat he posed, saving the taxpayers the cost of this goofy trial and his (hopeful) incarceration, and also serving notice to others who would consider robbery as a vocation.
I was wondering which ambulance chaser needed disbarment, but from the sounds of it he's his own jailhouse attorney, suing everybody in sight because it gives him something to do with his time.
Not sure why the judge allows this to proceed instead of censuring him as a vexatious litigant.
