    the Alternet story mentioned "shooting
    people's pets" ... few if any of these
    stories have made the news here.

    I surmised it must be happening bc
    of other NYPD misconduct.


    again, I am not saying animal shootings
    are comparable to homicides. --- but
    gratuitous cruelty to animals *is*
    predictive of the same to humans.
