    The NY news last week had Bratton planning on retraining his goons on use of force and giving them tasers, probably to make punching citizens out unnecessary.
    And he is sending some out to LA to learn that pd-s stealth choke holds. You know, apply lateral pressure to the vic's neck instead of just crushing the larynx.
