    Hardened gang members who slump in their seats while police and prosecutors give their talks straighten up and listen when the mothers speak about their slain children

    Oh, I'm sure they do.
    After all, violent criminals just need a Momma figure or a cop to say something and it's all better right?
    Can anyone else smell this bull$hi+ from a mile away?
