Seems to me "we" need to end the war on drugs, guns, raw milk, etc. first and foremost. Ending the various prohibitions, of course, would remove a great deal of the incentive for both criminals and the legions of "law enforcers."
"We," as ordinary people, need to get armed and ready to defend ourselves against real crime: robbery, rape and assault/murder, no matter where the aggressors come from.
