‘Good Cop’ Could Go to Jail After Reporting Misconduct in His Department [More]
We rightfully complain about officers who allow corruption and abuse to occur through their silence. What incentive will we provide to change that, and how are we any different, if we stand by and remain silent ourselves when this occurs?
