Besides, when has it ever been in the public interest to provide, rather than withhold, descriptions of criminals on the loose who pose demonstrable public threats?

I guess Opposite Day racism never occurs to "progressive" real reporters.  It's not like who the main victims are makes any difference when you have an agenda to fulfill and sins of omission to commit.
