    Easy test: swap "handgun" for "abortion" -- try again. See how the O' DOJ handles that under Casey.

    Example:

    At the outset, plaintiffs confuse the relevant issue by arguing that, because the Fourteenth Amendment protects the right to terminate a pregnancy, it must protect the right to acquire an abortion."
