That deputy needs to be charged with assault and lose his job and pension at the very least. Alternatively, a massive slapping gauntlet of about 100 guys with good strong right arms and weighted gloves.

Not sure what the problem is . I mean , if you have nothing to hide then why not just give up your rights wnd let them search . And really , this officer is just a single bad apple . It isn't like this happens very often .
