Reid domestic terrorism charge would disarm ideological opponents if acted upon

Does he truly wish for those whom he politically disagrees with to forever lose federal recognition of their right to keep and bear arms?[More]
Today’s Gun Rights Examiner report notes what would happen if “true champion of the Second Amendment” Harry Reid’s advocacy for treating Bundy Ranch supporters as “domestic terrorists” were acted upon.

Prozi Tolerance

What is it about "gun rights prevention" advocates...?  Aside from the fact that they would love to have their murderous fantasies actualized (by others)?

Technicalities

Weinstein ruled that the search warrant did not specify which unit in the multi-family home was to be searched, thereby making what cops found in Wiggins’ home inadmissable. [More]
Funny, how Weinstein doesn't care about pesky legalities when he gets a chance to put the hit on gun makers.

And as for Liberty Lynchin' Patrick, maybe he should have just claimed the suspects lifted a finger at his guys, and saved everybody a court date...?

A Properly Prepared Form

Plus it's legible! [More]

I've thought about monkeywrenching things by having people fill out forms but entering wrong data, like names, addresses, serial numbers, etc., so that it's not readily apparent and time and effort gets expended processing them.  Bonus points would be awarded to those casting the eye of Sauron on "gun rights prevention" drones and MILMs...

We're the Only Ones Politically Impossible Enough

There are things that can be done to curb the abuses without taking on the politically impossible job of disbanding SWAT units. [More]
Hey anything is possible. Maybe if it's not approached as a political problem...

Mike's Just Wild About Harry

He's even giving him an award! [More]

I wonder if Wayne still is, especially after this:

New York Republican "Justice"

"The ruling, handed down on Thursday by state Supreme Court Judge Thomas McNamara, also says Robert Schulz and his co-plaintiffs did not prove that the Safe Act infringes on their state constitutional rights." [More]
No, of course not.

What do you expect from a functionary appointed by Pataki?

This is what happens when you accept anti-gun Republicans under the excuse that if you don't, you'll get a Democrat.

As Hillary asks...

Help Needed--Including with Media Relations

Oath Keepers puts out a plea for ongoing support at Bundy Ranch. [More]

Stewart is doing great work there, and made Mike's attendance possible.

That said, and as much as I have supported the group over the years, they absolutely need to shut down guys like this in no uncertain terms before irreparable damage is done. (Yeah, look at the cap.) If he can't handle the pressure, send him home.

I know people are tired and nerves are frayed, but there's really no excuse, especially as pervasive media coverage is exactly what is needed to prevent another Waco. And unnecessary drama like in the linked video does nothing but alienate.

I intend to speak to him about this.

This Day in History: April 18

The repairs most necessary at the post of West Point (agreeably to the report of Major Villefranch Commanding Engineer there) are to be sett about immediately and executed with the greatest dispatch. [More]
