The Fudds gave us a special tax on ammo years ago, to allegedly fund wildlife protection by the US government.
That tax has always been unconstitutional because an item used in exercising a right, including printer's ink and newsprint paper, cannot be subjected to a higher tax than any other thing offered for sale within a state and a federal excise tax can't be lawful because there's no federal excise tax across the board on everything.
I'v always wanted to thank he Fudds for this tax, now's my opportunity.
