The Search is On

I am trying to assist a friend who needs to "locate a WY resident who is disabled or otherwise incapable of firing a traditionally configured handgun."

I can't tell you more now except it involves this.

    I'm checking with my folks in WY to see if they know of anyone who fits the requirement. If they know of someone, I sent along this post with your email. I should know more tomorrow.
