When It Absolutely, Positively Isn't Going Anywhere

After months, Wilson tells me this morning, of trying to set up a merchant account with FedEx (via the NRA Business Alliance, no less), he says he was informed Friday on the phone by a FedEx representative that they were not going to be able to ship his Ghost Gunner. [More]

  1. I went to FedEx's Facebook page and asked them about their policy.
    While there I saw several posts about what wonderful people they are and how they work so hard to join whatever groups are in the favorable public eye.
    Then I saw the list of posts such as mine that ask why shipments have been lost, why there has been no reply to repeated queries about lost or delayed shipments and even about discourteous FedEx employees. The difference was striking, to say the least.
    Glad I use UPS!
