ReplyDeleteThis has so many layers of bad. First, the obvious one, where prosecutors are basically making shit up to convict defendants. And second, there's a reasonable chance this defendant was, in fact, guilty, and the prosecutor's behavior led to charges being dismissed with prejudice, freeing a felon.
