If SEPTA posts a policy, I have not found it-- others on forums report they have asked and been told SEPTA would "prefer" people didn't, but is trumped by"the law."
Not a "hate" crime, though, right? Takes over a dozen punks to take on one guy - beginning by blindsiding him. These guys probably think they're tough. Looks like a version of the knockout game.
Another gun free zone I'm sure. No chance of an armed bystander coming to your assistance.
