Understood-- no one knows what happened yet. And understood, every time the guy turns around, there's somebody ready to report it. And there are plenty of people who want to help make the guy fall. That said, he sure does seem to continually end up in the middle of a lot of unpleasant legal difficulties involving violent behavior.
