The VA had me on ant-depressants for a while. I questioned why and was told because of my injuries, I was depressed. I flushed them and told them I would never take another one.
I still (and always will) have pain issues from the injuries I got in the military. But after I quit taking the anti-depressants, I felt better. Depression my ass, they just wanted me on the drugs so I wouldn't question their decisions.
Since the government is already putting fluoride in municipal water systems--leaving aside any debate about the benefits thereof--we've already got an established precedent for the government to add pharmaceuticals to the water "for our own good."
How long is it going to be before someone decides to put Prozac in the water, "for our own good?"
