ReplyDeleteJust 4 months shy of 60, I understand what you mean. One of the grandkids called me old the other day. I wanted to slap the young right off of him. ;) At least we that are reaching "elderly" status know a good cigar.
I've always thought that OLD was at least 20 years older than I was at the time it came up. When I was only 50 or so I told a coworker that I considered myself middle aged and he replied that I must be planning to make it to 100.
