Two Los Angeles gangs have entered into a contest betting on who can kill 100 people in 100 days. [More]Assuming this isn't hysterical BS, they couldn't have picked a better place for it than what is essentially one big "gun-free zone," courtesy of "May (Not) Issue" edicts.
