In theory, it's very simple. Take the ratio of criminal Illegal Mayors (number of criminals divided by number of total members) and divide it by the ratio of criminal NRA members.
ReplyDeleteIn practice, getting verifiably accurate numbers to divide by each other is the tricky part.
We don't need Dr. John Lott to crunch the numbers, but unfortunately we may need his resources to get the numbers.
