Fine By Me

Some of these guys have decided to engage, but the bottom line is, a critical mass of us will not comply with illegal infringements no matter what stupid sh!+ these hive insects try to come up with.

  1. As usual, proggies obscure the real point. They purposely conflate the case of a “free market” merchant refusing to have his personal beliefs dictated to him, with a “monopoly” government official imposing his beliefs on everybody else. You can always buy a cake from another merchant — you can’t get a license or any sort from another government down the street.

  2. Dear, dear Sally Kohn, you utterly contemptible bint: Genuine, actual conservatives (such as yours truly) - as opposed to certain "SoCons", which is a different breed of animal, vegetable or mineral altogether - ALREADY (mostly) insist upon clear-cut separation between "Church" and "State". That's precisely what that li'l contretemps with that "religious" slightly-moronic Gubment clerk in KY is all about, y'know?

Oh, and BLC, et.al.: 1) Which "religion" is it that's "against guns"? Buddhism? Rastafarianism? - and 2) It should be pointed out that, if you live in a place where a town clerk's personal "religious convictions" might even conceivably cause you any sort of problems in either lawfully owning a gun or lawfully getting married, you really need to either re-think your choice of residency or get a really competent lawyer on a speed-dial listing.

Really stoopid try at a "pertinent" hypothetical, BTW...

  3. Clearly this person never heard of "may issue" states.
