No SCOTUS Decision to Hear Gun Ban Case -- Yet

I'm on the way out to get my car serviced and just checked on SCOTUSblog-- there is no mention yet on if the court will hear the Highland Park case. [More]

I'll check when I get back -- I left the link so you can find out if it happens before then.

    Well that'll probably work out for the best. Especially when you go look at all the really successful pro-2A cases as of late. Seem to remember the SAF talking about how it's best to build up a series of cases that support your position before you run off 'half cocked' with challenging a case like too soon.
