    Not sure about this one. Are the chains secured with combination locks? Might be deployment of protective gear, just like fire extinguishers or AEDs.

    If only 'someone' would pass a law to get these deadly, prohibited, assault weapons off the street!
    After-all statistics show us that they are WORSE than "Assault rifles" and kill even MORE people ...
