    I noticed that the Mayor was against BOTH motions. Good Man. With all the faculty of Texas Tech living there (gotta figure they're pretty much liberals all) and likely many of the faculty at tiny LCU, you have to figure Lubbock has a significant, though not likely majority, group of liberals.
