If “undocumented migrants” have “earned” the right to vote, why haven’t they earned the right to win OFA-sponsored “Meet Obama” contests? And if requiring government-issued IDs disenfranchises minorities from voting, why add to the discrimination by requiring them in order to collect the prize?
