'Something We Can Think About'

You'd consider putting Cruz a heartbeat from the presidency? [More]

So were you lying when you called him "Lyin' Ted"?  Because if you weren't, why would you want to put us all at such grave risk by putting a "sick ... soft weak baby ... unstable ... basket case" in such a position of power?

And you're also considering Amnesty Man?

Gosh, it's almost like we can't believe anything any politician who wants to get elected tells us.

They are all liars. Always have been. Always will be. And they want you disarmed so in the event you come up with some crazy idea, you won't be able to act on it. Disarmament of the "serfs" is at the top of their agenda.

  2. I'm not a legal scholar and so have but a rudimentary understanding of the law. What I do know is that anyone can run for president regardless of age or nationality but only a natural born citizen can legally occupy the position of president (correct?). Being as Cruz was born to a Cuban father (which makes him Cuban) and American mother (who were both living in Alberta Canada, therefore he's also Canadian not a natural born US citizen); being that he renounced his Canadian citizenship and became a US citizen he is therefore a naturalized citizen (not natural born) and has all rights and responsibilities of every natural born US citizen with the caveat being intelligibility to occupy the office of president... The question I ask anyone who may be able to answer (and what I believe, presently, to be true) is that Cruz (legally?) could be VP... But in the event of Trump's inability to fulfill his duties (impeachment, illness, death, etc) would not the responsibility fall to the speaker of the house to step into the presidency (bypassing Cruz)? Or is Cruz being naturalized and not natural born prevent his eligibility for the vice presidency as well? I apologize if this seems kind of rambling but I'm fuzzy on these details and defer to anyone who might be able to lend a little clarity to the subject.
    Godbless Mike Vanderboegh!

  3. See,that's another great point you raise, about inconsistency, because Trump was out there saying Hillary would use that against Cruz, so how can he now say he'd consider him for VP?

  4. I've been a Trump supporter, volunteer and donor, but if he thinks his conservative base is stupid enough to continue supporting him after (if) he picks an immigration subversive like Kasich or Rubio for VP, he's got another thing coming. I'll sit out the election. I don't feel a pressing need to suspend disbelief and thank someone for gaslighting me.
