Former VA cop = because he was LE, instead of arresting and charging him, they gave him advance notice of the charges and suggested he resign with a clean record and take his pension, so they could charge him 2 weeks later and the news will say that an ex-cop was charged with child molesting.
I'd just like to point out that the molesting ended 4 months before his tenure in LE, making him just another child molesting cop.
I hear that Bubba behind bars likes child molesters.
