A Congress that Took the Oath Seriously would Impeach Judge Richard Posner

How can a citizen seeking justice under the Constitution receive it if an oath-disparaging judge deems such thinking has no place in the courtroom?

  1. Thing is, this same judge was one of two who ruled in favor of us on Moore v Madigan and forced Illinois to go shall issue concealed carry....

  2. Yep, and he even had pretty good reasoning, and it referenced originalist conditions along with later precedents. That said, applying his "standard" of ignoring the Constitution and disparaging the oath is too fundamentally dangerous to tolerate, as that's also embraced by judges who would make an opposite ruling.
