Obama Demands 'Cartel Money'

Joaquín Guzmán wants to see more of the administration doing something on guns. But if he wants them to notice him, they demand a little something in return.

So the Organizing for Obama email really didn't want my  name added to their effort? They just wanted $$$? Doesn't that "disenfranchise" the most "underserved" among us?

I wonder if you need to be a citizen.
