‘Reckless’ Excuse Good Enough for Hillary to Skate but Not for Gun Owners

Whereas Hillary can skate on perceived reckless conduct when Comey himself acknowledges it is “a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way,” gun owners also deemed guilty of recklessness now face a “terrifying new precedent,” per a Conservative Review analysis of the Supreme Court’s 6 -2 decision in the Voisine case. Giving a pass to corrupt elite officials while infringing on the fundamental rights of people without such connections is so intentionally arrogant and reckless as to be downright dangerous.

  3. If your semi-auto doubles, you're looking at 30 years in prison for having a machinegun. No intent required, not even gross negligence, just on the fact that it did so.
    The way they treat her, Hillary could shoot someone dead and laugh while saying, "I didn't know it was loaded", and they'd let her off while telling us that they weren't going to charge her because she had no criminal intent. She's old, daft, drunk half the time, and stupid, reckless beyond belief, but she's politically connected - so she can do as she pleases with no consequences.
