See that "Interview" click-through on the top of the left sidebar? Because just a fraction of the daily visitors to this blog have watched the video, even though it's been posted over a month.
I wonder how many fewer -- except for the handful that always carry more than their share of the load -- have done something concrete (or marble) to express appreciation for value received.
