If you really believe that this video is true (and I'm inclined to believe it is so) then it is vital that black neighborhoods be secured and made safe in order to break the race hustlers ginning up violence in order to scare black people into voting Democrat. Only then can we progress.

Blogs like second city cop show that Democratically dominated cities get nailed coming and going from multiple vectors, from political alliances between municipal legislators and the gangs, judges that let habitually violent offenders off again and again with little to no punishment, and poor policing management that reduces security below anything a reasonable person could tolerate.
